Jesal Patel

Jesal honed his property skills at Harman Healy and CBGA Property Agents before joining Prideview in 2004. He is an excellent appraiser of a deal and can rapid decision-maker. Today he is our ‘man in the room’ (even if that’s online or on the phone!), bidding on hundreds of millions of pounds worth of property on behalf of his broad client base.

He also is responsible for sourcing and managing development, value-add, and asset-management opportunities and has a wealth of experience in Planning & Development.
