After completing his education in Mumbai, Bhogilal ventured into the field of chemistry, laying the foundation for a career that would span continents. His expertise in vegetable oil refinery led him to Uganda in 1948, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a refinery plant in Jinja. Over the years, Bhogilal's entrepreneurial spirit led him to diverse ventures, from working with Hoima Cotton Co. to establishing his manufacturing plant for suitcases and Uganda's largest hardware store.
