Late.Praful Patel

Praful Patel, a key figure in the Ugandan Asian crisis of 1972, recently passed away at 84 in Mumbai. He was instrumental in alerting the British government to Idi Amin's plans to expel Uganda's Asian community before the plans were publicly known.
